Question:does smelling something invalidate tha fast of Ramadan ( because on 2nd Ramadan i was sleeping an have a wet dream ejaculate during deep sleep i thought my fast become void I smelled something and later came to know that ejaculation in deep sleep does not invalidate the fast ) but my friends say that since I smelled something that invalidate my fast and if so should I give qaza only or kffara will be in order to please help me fisabilillah may

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Walaikumussalam Smelling something does not invalidate the fast Fast is valid and in order. Only smelling of herb are makrooh nor Haram still it will not invalidate the fast just reduce the sawab While you were sleeping in the day time if in dream something happened and you became najis just you were needed to do the ghusl your roza was correct Do the qadha of that roza which you have broken just because of the ignorance. For the future I request try to contact any local alim or refer tauzeehul masayel to avoid such type of the things. Wassalam Syed Abul Qasim Rizvi

Ayatollah:Khoi

Answer: Walaikumussalam Mashallah you are blessed to visit holy sites in these holy months. May Allah accept your aamal and ibadaat.aameen In Makkah you will not face any difficulty in doing sajdah that inside the haram around khana kaba there is no carpet.you may do sajdah on floor.in masjid of Rasul saw there are carpets, but there also you will find the place where there is no carpet you may do sajdah there.but at historical sites of the masjid everywhere there are carpets and workers and police are keeping eyes on Momeneen so please don't carry Sajdagah with you.you may carry wooden tasbeeh or safe option isyou may do sajdah on Aqeeq ring.but still you have to be careful, in this situation you are allowed to sajdah on carpet also.may Allah hasten Zuhoor of imam E Zamana as so we may perform ibadaat freely.aameen Wassalam
Question:Sayed, I need to ask a quick question, and I trust ur answer above many others. If I have a chunk of money that I want to use to gain interest from a non-muslim bank. The more I have in there the more interest I get. This account is a "high-interest savings account" which cannot be used for everyday banking or expenditure. It's exclusive to gaining interest. If I were to use that money exclusively for this sort of gains, as another source of income, do I still need to pay khums on it? Considering the khumsed money taken out will directly effect how much interest I gain. Please let me know your thoughts.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Walaikumussalam Yes khums is applicable. Wassalam

Answer: Walaikumussalam Have a strong faith in Allah and His power pray to him with the intercession of Ahlul bait as Quran is book of Shifa and RAHMAT as quran said ‎وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًا And We reveal of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers, and it adds only to the perdition of the unjust. Sura Isra ayah 82 Kindly recite salawat 5 times after fajr then above ayah followed by following ayah 14 times ‎الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ Those who believe and whose hearts are set at rest by the remembrance of Allah; now surely by Allah's remembrance are the hearts set at rest. He it is Who sent down tranquillity into the hearts of the believers that they might have more of faith added to their faith-- and Allah's are the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Knowing, Wise-- Sura Fath ayah 4 followed by salawat 5times Kindly repeat above aamal after isha also Inshallah you will be fine.
