But she would like to know if the child she births will be jaiz or not.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: There is no problem in it per se, however, since the process may involve masturbation, and implanting involves touching and seeing the private part, insemination would only be allowed when the parties involved may face difficulty in their life which is not normally bearable.
Also, regards to the matters of inheritance and Mahramiyat the parties involved need to refer to the specific Islamic Law rulings.

Question:I am angry with my parents since a month, and at the same time, they are also angry with me. I dont want this situation but every time , the things happen unintentionally , a week passes in this state and after that no one talks to each other because of ego. I am afraid that I am being cursed by Allah, Imam and angels in this state.
My question is, is it true that a person in this situation is cursed and the prayers and ibadat of such person is not accepted? Even due to such thoughts I often dont offer prayers or in other words i am being deprived from namaz and divine guidance. If I feel sorry for my act but dont appologize to them, am I forgiven by Allah?

Ayatollah:Khamenei

Answer: As you know Islam emphasises strong respect to Parents
It’s essential they are not hurt or annoyed if possible, unless it’s because of obedience to Allah.
Qur’an says we should not say ‘uff’ at the very least.
So you should seek forgiveness from them and try your best, even if they’re wrong
But you should never stop prayers etc
You perform Salah and try your best not to have fights with your parents and please them. This will please Allah (swt)

Question:I used to go to the gym, but stopped because seeing women there had a negative effect on my faith. Now I exercise at home instead with the intention to maintain health because I feel it helps my iman, but now I receive negative comments about how scrawny I look. I want to exercise to get big muscles instead so I can feel good about how I look. My question is, is this a halaal intention in Islam? Is it ok for me to exercise with this intention or should I just forget about exercising to build muscles and look good? What do you suggest in my situation?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: There is no problem in exercising to become healthier, but be wary of building muscles or doing it to show others, as this is frowned upon in Islamic teachings.

Allah loves stronger human beings. There is no problem is this is done for His sake. Strength should be physical as well as spiritual
Question:I have been doing a horrible sin for multiple years (masturbation). I do so frequently. I am studing in Uni and I have been trying to get married for two years so I can stop sinning, but have found no spouse. I have made numerous attempts to stop sinning by seeing a psychologist, fasting for 40 days, increasing istighfar, and more. I don't know what else to do and I think my heart is diseased. I need a solution. I am in great distress.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: You must do whatever it takes to stop sinning. One option is temporary marriage. Other is to widen your search for permanent wife. You must not let the Shaitan win and should work hard to satisfy your needs in an Islamic acceptable way.
You need to make yourself busy and don’t go through boredom. Don’t watch or think of indecent things and try to busy yourself with halal means and recommended deeds
