Question:Shia religion is based on 4 main deceptions; 1) Ahlebayt which are not true (2) Surah Al-Maidah (5:55) which Shia claim to be for Ali although his name is not mentioned at all (3) Day of Ghadeer in which Prophet Muhammad nominated Ali as successor although the Prophet has no authority to do any such thing & (4) Surah Tatheer (33:33) which is for the wives of the Prophet because Allah WISHES THEM PURITY and does NOT WANT THEM TO GO OUT OF THE HOUSE obviously not for Ali. A true religion is not based on deceptions. NOW READ THE FOLLOWING: 1) Quran An-Nahl:105 “Only they forge the lie who do not believe in Allah’s communications, & these are the liars.” 2) Quran Az-Zumar 39:3 “Surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful.” 3) Quran Āl-Imrān 3:61 “... & pray for the curse of Allah on the liars.” 4) Quran an-Nūr 24:8 “... the curse of Allah be on him if he is one of the liars.”

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: I'm sorry to say the person misunderstood what the shia Ithnasheri is all about and where it emanate from. Shiism never emanated from deception and it's far away from deception.

Question:If someone listens to lectures and pays attention and writes down notes, would that be considered seeking and studying knowledge?

And if someone were to read a book of hadiths for example Al-Kafi or Tuhaf al Uqul would he be considered amongst the ones mentioned in this hadith, would this also go for the one whom I described earlier???

The seeker of knowledge is the seeker of mercy; the seeker of knowledge is the pillar of Islam and is given his recompense with the prophets
He who goes out to seek knowledge is himself sought after by Paradise
A person setting forth for the acquisition of knowledge is like the one who struggles in the way of God.”

3) The Prophet (s) said, “Oh Fatima, verily God is angry when you are angry.” Al-Sawaiq Al-Muhariqa, p. 175; Mustadrak Al-Hakim, Chapter on the Virtues of Fatima; Manaqib Al-Imam Ali of Ibn Al-Maghazali, p. 351. Is this hadith correct?? and what does it mean.

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: 1. Yes someone who attends majlis, pay attention to the discourse and takes note is regarded as a seeker of knowledge without a shadow of doubt. Majlis is an institution of learning too.

2. Reading a book such as Al-Kafi etc with proper understanding and contemplation is considered verification of the tradition you mentioned.

3. Indeed the Hadith regarding fatima is authentic. And it simply means Allah’s pleasure is connected to that of Fatima. Allah is happy with a person when Fatima (as) is happy with that person and vice-Versa
