Question:Salam. Me and my family often keep making sadqa for our safety, forgiveness of dead, and other similar things. We collect all the money in a box and then give the total big amount to the needy. My question- Can we give out the sadqa to the needy Non-Shias or ONLY the needy shias are supposed to receive to sadqa taken?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Walaikumussalam
May Allah accept your sadaqah and protect you and your family and give barakah in your rizq.yes you can give to non shia also but give preference to shia.
Try to give sadaqah as soon as possible to the needy person. Do not make delay in paying of sadaqah as per the ruling.

My elder brother told me that a non muslim has walked from the washroom of my house to the door of exit, with wet legs. So , the tiles of my house became najis. Now i want to make those tiles paak. What is the correct and easy way to make it paak? What things are important to remember while making it paak? Thanks

Pour the water and remove that water then again do the same, do it three times if water is qaleel (little) inshallah it will be pak but if it is running water just once is enough.

Question:Salam
Assume that While performing the 'masa' on head while doing wuzu, i wipe the head with my fingers in one line. But due to lots of hair, the water remains on hair and does not reach the scalp. Is this wuzu correct? Am i supposed to make partition in hair and directly wipe the scalp with fingers?

Ayatollah:Sistani

Answer: Walaikumussalam
Rule 257. It is not necessary that the wiping of the head should be performed on its skin. It is also in order if a man wipes the hair on the front of his head. However, if the hair are so long that when combed they fall on his face, or on other parts of his head, he should wipe his hand on the roots of his hair, or part the hair and wipe the skin. If a person collects his hair on the front side of his head, or on other parts of his head and wipes them, or if he wipes the hair of other places, such a wiping w ould be void.
