1) A husband starts a business and after some years the wife joins the business. After many years of continuty the husband died. The wife continues the same business and after some years the son joins in. The existing family now after 20 years of death of the husband consists of his wife son and 2 married daughters How does the inheritance work.
2) Does the wife have the right to distribute the property as per her own wish ?
As per Islamic law, after death of husband all inheritors are entitled to a certain percentage. If they give that up and gave it all to the wife she becomes the owner of it all.
