1) As for point 3 – Yes it’s clear to wash hands, but do I also need to wash the whole item like milk packet, cold drink etc every time I bring them home because these are wet and have moisture and it was touched by the non muslim shopkeeper?

2) Also regarding this law about non muslims are najis, as I do Taqleed of Ayatullah Sistani, can I follow some other marja only for this law which is more easy based on obligatory precaution..?

3) I heard ( not sure ) that a marja has said that when majority are non muslims then this najis law doesn’t apply in that area?
