1) I wanted to ask if it was permissible to contract temporary marriage with non Muslims and if there is a difference if they are from ahlul kitab or atheists?

2) For the women of ahlul kitab if they are not virgins will I need to gain permission from the father before carrying out the marriage?

1) Temporary marriage is permissible with the women of Ahlul kittab only, and not for other infidels, and on the condition that you do not have a Muslim wife

2) If her father does not care about her, and who she cohabits with and, in which way, then no need to seek his permission
