1) I wanted to know is saying 'al hamdulilahi rabil aalameen' after surah fatiha mustahab on in jumah salah? Or could i say it while i am praying individually aswell?

2) Also when saying kadhalik allahu rabi after surah tawheed, is it better to say it once or three times?
