1. If I buy clothes using money that was already Khums free, is Khums due on it if I don’t wear the clothes for a year?
2. Is the Khums due if I don’t use a gift/cloth every year or is it once in the entire time of possession?
3. How is the usage of an item defined? if I wear the clothes for just 1 day in the year, is Khums not due on it?

2) If Khums is paid once, there is no need to pay it again, even if it stays for a few years.
