1) My question is does a women can go outside e.g for shopping ,lunch etc alone without a mahram I know she cannot travel alone. But is she is allowed to go anywhere in the city where she lives .. people say that it's not right and the women's of our messenger a.s didn't go.

2) And is he allowed to force her to observe her wajibaats even if he knew before their marriage that she doesn't observe hijab etc and he was ok
