1. We know that we have to say Allahu Akbar after niyat, but do we have to say Allahu Akbar in the 2,3 and 4 rakats before reciting Surah fatiha

2. I remember that my parents taught me that, after the namaz and after the reading tasbeeh we used to do sajdah and recite Ya rabbe 3x then put our left cheek on the turban and recite Ya Allah-o Ya rabba-o Ya sayeeda-o 3x and then do the same by turning right. And after that do the normal sajdah and reciting Shukran 3x. So is this practice valid or do you know about it?
