1) Why can’t I just feed 60 poor people? Why is it necessary for them to be Shia? I’m worried because I won’t know how to find 60 deserving Shia people.

2) I had paid kaffarah for 1 day, a very long time ago. But I don’t recall if I had fed only Shia and I also don’t remember if I had fed all 60 of them. Will I need to repeat this kaffarah again?
