After being in an abusive marriage for (removed) years, I now have a choice. I can either go back to that marriage and be with my child but end up losing my life (criminal mentality), or lose my (removed) year old child forever who has been snatched away from me for (removed), I havent even been allowed to see a picture. What does Islam say? I cannot live without my child anyway so wouldnt It be better to go back? I am torn.

Kindly ask local scholars and involve the jamat to resolve the issue and help you in this situation you need to involve elders and friends of your husband their involvement will be helpful.
