Allah says in quran that divorce is only valid in purity

Assume that husband had sexual intercourse with his wife and after few days nearing to get menses issued divorce and she is not menstruating she is under the period of purity does this divorce is valid

Or she must have to memstruate than purify than husband can divorce her.

Divorce issued in period of purity wherein a husband issued divorce and her menstruation time is nearing like if he had sex on 1 March after the menstruation cycle and her menses cycle is nearing and he issued divorce is it invalid or she must memstruate
