I have not seen any in English but you may read translation of Tafseer Al Mizan where you may get answer of all above questions.
There are many books on the subject of Rijal in Arabic and Persian best is Mujam Rijal of Aayatullah Syed Abul Qasim Al Khoi but it is not in my knowledge that there is any book in English because I’m reading source books which are either in Arabic or Persian.
