Assume that my uncle asks me to put a username and password(on a website) for getting an app through a website, for doing cricket betting and I enter the username and password and help him get it on his mobile.Have i done a sin? if yes then what is my obligatory duty now?

Yes it is haram but as you mentioned above you were not aware. Just do isteghfar and do not repeat in future.
