At work my boss gave me a space to pray alhumdulillah, but the problem is that there is music playing everywhere in the building and I cannot go home to pray or a masjid since it is too far. Is it ok for me to still pray with the music playing?

Try to find place where there is not any destruction. If this is the only option then speak to your boss that thanks for providing place for prayer can you help me by stopping (switching off) the music for 10 minutes so I can pray in destruction free environment. If they will not listen then focus in your prayer do not pay attention to music.
