Being one of the few Chinese shia muslims in my community, is it obligatory upon one of us to gain knowledge from the hawza and return to spread it?

It becomes obligatory on one of you to go to Hauza and gain the knowledge. It’s called Wajib kifaa’i meaning sufficient obligatory
