Both of my parents have fallen into great sins and I’m very worried. My mom has seeked help of a magician to send jinn to her enemy even though I told her that it’s haram and takes one out of Islam and my father does not pray and many other sins have been committed by both of them. My questions are:

1- Are my parents both still Muslims? Especially my mom since she sought the help of a magician and even my dad who doesn’t pray

2- if I ask Allah (SWT) in my dua show them both guidance, then will that have any effect on them? Will Allah guide them if their child prays for them?

Yes they are Muslim as long as they say the Shahada.
Yes you can ask Allah to guide them, you should also continue to enjoin the good and forbid the evil.
