There are discussions on creation vs evolution, and even today not all scientists agree on the theory of evolution (which is why it’s called a ‘theory’ and not a fact). The theory is still debated and there is no concrete proof available to date.

Also, our body parts or organs having certain capabilities does not necessarily mean that they ‘evolved’ into that state. They could have been embedded within us from when mankind was initially ‘created.’
