Can a female offer namaz in a public place for example park? In presence of na mehram men ?

Also if I offer my namaz while sitting in a park to avoid attention, will it be accepted?

1) Yes she can as long as all other conditions are fulfilled
2) You cannot do it sitting if you are physically able to stand. You must stand.
