Can a person apply beard balm/oil into their beard hair and skin, massage it in, and then later perform wudhu ontop when time for namaz comes?

If the balm or oil contains alcohol would that also be a concern or should we always buy one which is alcohol free?

As long as beard oil is absorbed in the skin it is fine. Balm or oil if it has (industrial) ethanol it is not najis but better to avoid
