Can I do mutah with a Sunni girl? I know permanent is allowed but what about a temporary one since they don’t believe in it?

If she is convinced of the validity of this marriage, and she is not a virgin, or she is a virgin, but her father is deceased, then it is permissible. Since her father is alive, she can not get married without his permission.
