Can I perform Amal Umme Dawood, even after Zohrain Namaz, if I get home after work and it’s maghrib namaz time?

They are meant to be done during the day. If you couldn’t do it during the day you can do it after. Since it is a recommended act, we can be more lenient with the timing.
