Can we start a new business in month of muharram or Saffar as people are telling not to start in these two months

Because these are the month of mourning (Aza) therefore momeneen are not starting any business.
If not an emergency then wait and In’Sha’Allah start after 9th Rabiul Awwal In’Sha’Allah Allah will grant Barakah in Rizq and success
But it is not haram according to sharia.
