Can we use leather products made in China, Portugal, Brazil etc. Can we give the probability of its being tahir or tazkia. I purchased those products made in Italy, China, India, Brazil, Portugal etc from UAE.
As per agha seestani we can consider the leather products from kafir countries as tahir, but i dont understand what is the criteria to give probability. Like in China and Brazil a lot of muslims are living so is it enough for us to give probability of tahir or there are other parameters for it. Please explain.

If you take those stuff from a Muslim or Muslim market then you dont have to investigate the origin of the product but if u come to know that a certain product of leather is being imported from non Muslim country then in this case you have to investigate and as u have mentioned you know the origin of those products which is non Muslim country.
