Can you please elaborate on the kind of authority given to husbands in Islam and to what extent is it lawful. Many people have been abusing this "authority" in the name of Islam.
Only authority that husband has that wife has to get permission to leave the house and she has to be willing when it comes to sexual desires. (That doesn’t mean force but she shouldn’t refuse without any good reason).
