Can you please elaborate on to what extent and in which context of life does a wife need her husband's permission in doing things for example if she wishes to visit her parents or relatives does her husband have the right to stop her for any reason?
I believe that a Husband has been made authority and head of the house but Allah must have also placed a limit to this Authority. Is this authority only limited to leaving the house or in other aspects of life and if so what are they.

Two authorities are indicated in the narrations of Ahlulbayt
-The bed
-Not leaving the house without permission regardless of the destination.
However the authority is overridden if there was a necessity and harmful situation or obligation towards Allah swt and so on.
