Cosmetic eyebrow tattoo is something very popular amongst young women. My question is, does it count as adornment(zinah)? It's a method where you tattoo hair-like form in the eyebrows and it's very natural. In europe it's very normal and I'm wondering if its haram? Ihe reason is mostly because of oneself and not for beauty purpose. Is it haram?

It depends if it would be classified as an adornment by the society in which case it would have to be covered. If not, then it is fine.
