Could you please let me know if I resign from my job, am I going against Allah’s will of giving me rizk?

I suggest you don’t resign until you get better job
Yes you can resign but if you are feeling that survival without Job is difficult and this is only job then yes be thankful to Allah and continue your work
This is also a kind of thankfulness
