There is a narration from Imam Sadiq A.S. says:
“Whoever wants to see the Messenger of God in his sleep, let him pray the Isha of the Hereafter, and take a clean ablution, and pray four rak’ahs with four hundred times Ayat al-Kursi (100 times in each rak’ah), and pray for Muhammad and the family of Muhammad a thousand times, and spend the night on a clean garment he bought from pure halal money, let him place his right hand under his right cheek, and let him say hundred times, (سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلّا الله والله أكبر ولا حوّل ولا قوّة إلّا بالله), and to say a hundred times (ما شاء الله), for he sees the Prophet in his sleep.
