How do we perform salat al Layl while sitting? Does it suffice in being in direction of qibla and reciting without movement, or should one bow and prostrate too if he’s sitting.

Whilst sitting you can bend for ruku and go down in sajda
If u don’t want to then yes head movements for ruku and sujud suffice

Yes it can be done whilst driving since qibla is not wajib for recommended prayers
