I am a business partner in a franchise here in the United States. It is a fast food restaurant. Part of the menu contains pork items which I know is haraam to sell. However, as a whole all partners have decided that we will not touch any of the money that we make from the pork sales. Is my rozi considered halal if I am not taking any money from the pork sales? As a part of a franchise it is mandatory to include pork items or else I would take them off the menu. Your help is much appreciated.

Selling pork to anyone is not permissible and haram. This is not affected if the money is separated or not. However if there is no other way, then permission can be sought from your marjie or representative to look at your case individually.
