I am a minor(under 18) and I have a bank account with savings. My account is usually handled by my parents . I’ve told them to take out khums on my savings but if they don’t, does it become my responsibility now? Will the sin be on me ?

Also in the given condition can i remove khums on my entire savings after I turn 18 instead of removing it every year?

Yes it is wajib
Kindly talk with them and explain them importance of khums In’Sha’Allah they will pay their khums and your too
If not then you have to pay your khums it is wajib but try to resolve this issue in respectful manner and get their blessings and support in following the command of Allah which is wajib on you and them also
