If you're looking for something for beginners, the best place to start is the book of Islamic laws by one of the scholars such as Sistani. If you're looking for laws with its proofs from the Qur'an and Hadith, then duroos Al tamhidiyya fi Fiqh Al istidlaliya by Sheikh Irawani. The second is in Arabic and I'm not aware of an English translation available but the first one can easily be found online in English
