I am in a mutah marriage and I regularly visit my husband. He lives more than 28 miles away so I am considered a traveler and the rules of qasr and fasting apply to me. However I consider this to be my home as it his own flat, I visit regularly and I will be living here once permanently married. As this is the case are my fasts valid for me to keep and does it matter if I am here for less than 10 days even though I consider this to be my home?

This is the ruling of Ayatollah Sistani
