I am planning to work for a home meal delivery company. There are 3 ways of delivering: in bike, motorbike or car. But in order to legally deliver in motorbike or car we should have a licence. The problem is that the licence is very expensive, and a lot of people work without it. They declare delivering in bike while they deliver in motorbike for example. The company knows the phenomena and close an eye on it.
My question is:

1) Is it ok if I do the same thing?
2) Does it render my income haram ? Or these are two different issues ?
