I am wondering if a woman is expected to break her fast if she gets her period shortly before Iftar (i.e 1-2 hours before Iftar) or whether it is permissible to continue her fast.
Her fast will be invalidated the moment she gets her period and she will have to give its qadha afterwards even if the period start moments before Maghrib.
