I am wondering specifically if the imam (leader of jammat) leads zuhr and asr in jammat, is it okay for him to then lead fajr in jammat (if he himself and those in jammat have also missed fajr prayer).

Basically is it okay for the Imam to lead jammat prayer for fajr at zuhr/asr time and is it the same reward as a normal jammat prayer?
