I been thinking about this for a long time and not sure if my father did the right thing. My father married a foreign women and converted her before marriage. She now has a child from my father however they did not get along and my father convinced her to leave the child and go back to her country and secretly withdrew her marriage visa. He convinced her because he believes she wasn’t being a sincere Muslim and didn’t want his child raised with a Buddhist family. He wants the child to be raised by him and become a Muslim but she still calls begging for her child. My father will never give up the child. Is he doing the wrong thing from separating a mother from her baby even if she’s not a practicing Muslim?
