I cant get the habit of praying namaz daily. I just recite namaz for one day and then leave for months. Pychologists (brain doctors) say to form any habit you must start small thing everyday. So in order to form habit of namaz, can i pray only zohar asar for one week then from second week i pray maghrib esha as well, then from third week i start praying morning namaz as well. this way i will become a regular namazi within just one month inshallah. Does islam allow this technique? can i follow this plan. this way i will train my mind towards prayer.

You cannot apply the same technique when it comes to salat. what you can do is to try as much as you can to do it in a congregation for at least forty days. it will help a lot and try not to prolong during this period.
