İ have a confusion regarding whether one should let his/her knees touch the ground first while going into Sujood or the hands as İ have read multiple sources which say both are correct. But İ wanted to ask which one is better according to our sect or which one is more authentic.

Both are correct, however it is mustahab for a man to put hands first then knees.
