I have become a Muslim and try to practice Islam. However my mum is Christian and she says when she dies she wants to be cremated. I believe cremation is wrong in Islam because it affects the resurrection of the body. What do I do as I want to respect my mother’s wish to be cremated but I do not want to sin. What are the rules on cremation in Islam?
