I have question about wrong doing, When onlineshoping started in our country by amazon & Flipkart, they had a policy that whatever customer said they will accept that .If customer lied that they received wrong item they would have refunded money without asking reason or anything. I did wrong by saying wrong information to amazon that product is tempered or anything when the product was ok. After that I realised I did mistake but they had no way to take the money after few days I want to give back money so that I dont get sins but they have no option to take money what can I do ?
