I have read a hadith that scholars are the best in the eyes of God in the time of occultation because without them we would have gone astray.

How can I become a scholar even though actually going to Iran to study is impossible for me. My family is dependant on me financially so I cant do that but I have got brothers and sisters that I can guide.

Does this suffice to earn me the status of a scholar in Gods eyes?

I understand becoming a real scholar is one that genuinely needs you to earn qualifications but what can I as a regular person do to achieve the same rewards?
