I heard Saheb zaman (AJ) 313 companions will be youth. Does that mean we should be qualified for being a companion before we get old?

Obviously, a journey to God, and to be a companion of his proof on earth should start early with the purification of the heart and the mind.
The description of the 313 being young isn’t necessarily limited to a certain age.
