I know wearing makeup in front of non mahrams is haram but I have another question. My skin is uneven and I have hyperpigmentation. Also, I have extremely dark circles around the eyes. Is it permissible to apply very minimal makeup to hide that hyperpigmentation and make my skin look even? I would only be applying a little bit to make my skin look even and that is it. Or is that also considered beautification and not allowed?

From what I've understood from your message, you are referring to foundation creams to even out the skin colour and black eyes. Using such depends on the environment you live in. If it is considered as beautification by an average person looking at you, then that would be a problem infront of na mahrams and if it is not considered beautification then there is no problem.
