I live in Ivory Coast and there is a company that claims that their chicken are killed within the norms of Islam. They produce 2500 chicken/hour. Should we trust them knowing that i have Ivorian nationality so should I trust it?
Also there is a sheikh that says not to eat. They say it’s not halal but he didn’t say how he knew it’s not halal.

If they are practicing Muslims you can take their word for it. If they are not practicing for not Muslim, you would have to verify it yourself. One of the conditions is that the slaughterer is Muslim
