I pray at work with my shoes on, because it’s our company policy to keep shoes on. Is my salah valid or do i have to take them off so the toes can touch the ground.

If the toes of the feet do not touch the ground, or they do, but the shoes are made from the skin of an animal that is forbidden to eat, or from the skin of an animal that has not been slaughtered in the Islamic manner, then it must be removed for the validity of the prayer.
