I sometimes use packaged burger patties for my kids. Although the box says slaughter according to Muslim Rites and halal but I recently read that Ayatullah Sistani disregards this Halal category for Meat. I want to know the ruling according to Sayed Khamenei and whether I can use this.

As long as a Muslim says or you purchase in a Muslim country you can take it as halal.
